NBAIS Registrar Mourns the Death of Sheikh Mainasara Liman Tudun Wada Zaria

The Registrar National Board for Arabic And Islamic Studies (NBAIS) Professor Yahuza Suleiman Imam has mourned the death of the National Chairman of Preachers Committee of Fityanul Islam Sheikh Mainasara Liman Tudun Wada Zaria


Professor Yahuza Suleiman Imam said the death of the reversed Islamic Scholar is a great lost to Zazzau emirate, Kaduna State and Nigeria as a whole considering his significant contributions he made to the propagating Islam.


The Registrar extended his heartfelt condolences to Kaduna State Governor Sen. Uba Sani, Speaker House of Representatives Dr. Abbas Tajuddeen (Iyan Zazzau), His Highness the emir of Zazzau Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, Chairman Zaria Local Government, Engr. Jamilu Ahmad (JAGA), Chairman Kaduna State Fityanul Islam Sheikh Rabi'u Abdullahi Ganganfa and all muslims community for the lost of Sheikh Mainasara Liman. 


Late Sheikh Mainasara Liman died on Saturday afternoon in a Hospital at Abuja after a protracted illness.


Sheikh Salahuddeen Nyas led the funeral prayers held at Filin Mallawa Eid prayer along Jos road at about 2.30pm today Sunday according to Islamic rites.


Thousand of sympathizers from all walk of life attended the Jana'iza of a reverse Islamic cleric who dedicated himself in teaching the islamic religion knowledge throughout his life time.


Personalities that attended the funeral prayers includes His Highness the emir of Zazzau Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, Chairman Zaria Local Government Engr. Jamilu Ahmad (JAGA) former Executive Secretary National Hajj Commission Barrister Abdullahi Mukhtar , islamic scholars, traditional leaders and many sympathizers who joins thousands of mourners in paying their last respect to the Late Sheikh Mainasara Liman.
