Nationwide Northern Clubs' Media Officers Set For Clubs' Brand Promotion

To effectively engage with fans and the media in the promotion of Nationwide clubs' brand and image, a one day seminar was organised  to enlighten Northern clubs' media officers about the best practices.

A statement signed by the Nationwide League One, media officer, Northern zone, Abdulgafar Oladimeji, revealed that "the seminar promises to be insightful, interactive and will provide an opportunity to network with other media officers from various clubs in the Northern region. 

"We kindly request that you make time to attend this valuable event as this presents a rare opportunity to gain innovative ideas, improve your knowledge and make a lasting impact in your club and the region's sport industry". 

Oladimeji also said the speakers will cover various relevant topics such as: 

-" Creating compelling and engaging club content for fans and media", 

- "Strategies for media relationship management",

- "Using social media platforms for effective communication, and 

- "Legal and ethical issues in sports journalism".

He added that the seminar was scheduled for the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) Kano Press Centre on the 2nd of May 2023, starting from 11am
