The All farmers Association of Nigeria, Kaduna Chapter has vowed to feed the Nation especially with the new varieties of Agricultural seedlings in the country.
The chairman of the association, Alhaji Nuhu Aminu stated this at a capacity Building Programme organized for seed Companies in Kaduna.
Nuhu Aminu explained that the workshop comes at the right time, as the association has already introduced E-wallet on the fertilizer system to ease the production of farm produce in the country and the state.
He said about one million, three hundred farmers across Kaduna will be trained on the new system of planting seeds that will lead to increased yields and profitable crops in the state.
Alhaji Nuhu Aminu explained that the association will soon engage with traditional rulers on how farmers in rural areas will benefit from E-wallet for fertilizer.
He also thanked the outgoing government in the country for the effort in carrying farmers alone by the introduction of various programmes that benefited farmers in the country.
He lauds the Eco-Basic Seed Company by bringing the various seeds companies together and assured their readiness to collaborate with the other seeds companies for effective delivering on food production in the country.
