SUNDAY IGBOHO'S ULTIMATUM To FULANI:...NORTHERN GROUP THREATENS TO SEND YORUBAS BACK TO THEIR REGION

The Northern Consensus Movement, a social-cultural- conglomerate of northern interest groups has restated that every Nigerian has a right to live in any part of the country,  in response to  Igboho's fresh ultimatum to Fulani Communities that are residing in Yoruba land to leave the region.

Addressing; a Press Conference on the recent development, the National President of NCM, Dr. Awwal Abdullahi Aliyu said the group will do everything possible to stop that move and if he (Igboho) refuses to listen we will also ask all Yorubas in the North to return to their region.

"Nigeria is a one Nation and must be united, according to the Nigerian constitution section 41(1)as 1999 amended every Nigerian has a right to live in any part of the country, just of recent a Sunday Igboho was released from Prison but he issued a fresh Ultimatum for Fulani community that are residing in Yoruba land to leave the region this time around we the Northern Consensus Movement of Nigeria will do everything possible to stop that move and if he refused to listen don't have any option rather than to ask all Yorubas in the North to go back to their region".

While giving an update on the issue of compensation for victims of Endsars killing, the Shasha Market violence crisis, as well as IPOB and ESN killings, Dr. Awwal said the Movement has been pursuing it for some time now, "since the previous administration promised, still the federal government refused to fulfill the promise.

On that premise the NCM gave out a 4 weeks ultimatum to the federal government to pay the compensation or else the group will mobilize for a peaceful demonstration to request Mr President to pay the victims of the carnage.

The group also threatened to shoot down the country on all foodstuff moving from the North to the southern part of the country.
