Kajuru Residents Celebrate IRM Foundation’s Palliative Distribution**

Residents of Kajuru Local Government Area, Kaduna State, have expressed joy and gratitude following the distribution of palliatives by the IRM Foundation to 500 beneficiaries in the community.

The support package included bags of fertilizer for farmers, enrollment into the Kaduna State Contributory Health Management Authority (KADCHMA) scheme, and financial assistance of ₦10,000 each to 100 women to boost petty trading and meet household needs.

Speaking at the event, the Vice Chairman of Kajuru Local Government Council, Muhammad Shuiabu, commended the IRM Foundation for what he described as “a timely intervention that directly touches lives.” He urged other organizations and well-meaning individuals to emulate the gesture.

The Secretary of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Kajuru, together with the Secretary of Jama’atu Nasril Islam (JNI), also expressed deep appreciation, describing the initiative as a demonstration of unity and compassion that transcends religious boundaries.

Some beneficiaries, visibly emotional, shared how the palliatives would ease their burdens, especially in light of the rising cost of living.

Director General of the IRM Foundation, Engr. Anas Muhammad, explained that the initiative was part of an ongoing commitment by the founder, Alhaji Ibrahim Rilwan Muhammad, who also serves as the Special Adviser to the Kaduna State Governor on Humanitarian Activities. “This is one of many steps we are taking to bring relief to communities across Kaduna State,” he said.

The event concluded with prayers from community leaders for continued peace, unity, and the expansion of humanitarian support to reach more grassroots communities.
