Hon. Stingo, who currently represents Kajuru Constituency, confirmed that he has obtained the All Progressives Congress, APC, Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms at the party’s secretariat. The move marks his official entry into the race ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
Speaking shortly after picking up the forms, Hon. Stingo said his decision to recontest was driven by calls from constituents and his desire to consolidate on ongoing projects.
“My first tenure has given me deeper insight into the needs of our people and the workings of the Assembly. I am seeking a second term to provide stronger, more effective representation and to lobby for additional developmental projects and programmes that will directly impact the lives of Kajuru people,” he stated.
Hon. Stingo is expected to continue ward-to-ward consultations and intensify grassroots mobilization ahead of the party primaries. He called for peaceful politics and urged supporters to maintain decorum.
“I remain committed to issue-based campaigns. Kajuru deserves unity and progress, not division,” he added.
